Recipe to prepare Yellow Catuai from Bambito Estate Coffee in V60

Our friends at Bambito Estate Coffee sent us this recipe to prepare their Yellow Catuai in V60.

Detail: Medium-fine grind, 15.3g of Yellow Catuai vs. 251ml of water

Instructions:🤓

  1. Grind 15.3 grams of coffee (medium - fine)

  2. Wet filter and discard the water

  3. Add coffee and 31ml of water Water temperature = 93 degrees

  4. Stir

  5. Wait 20 seconds ⏲

  6. Add the rest of the water (220ml)
