Detail: Medium-fine grind, 15.3g of Yellow Catuai vs. 251ml of water
Instructions:🤓
- Grind 15.3 grams of coffee (medium - fine) 
- Wet filter and discard the water 
- Add coffee and 31ml of water Water temperature = 93 degrees 
- Stir 
- Wait 20 seconds ⏲ 
- Add the rest of the water (220ml)
