The user expressly authorizes Panama Coffee Club to make the charges derived from the purchase or contracting of the services offered on the Website, in accordance with the conditions established for each case, to the credit card provided in the registration process or through the "Shopify" system, according to the payment system available for the specific service or product in question.
The Client is advised that, once the product purchased by the same leaves the premises of Panama Coffee Club, returns will not be accepted or refunds of cash will not be made. Any refund that must be made will be a credit for future purchases from Panama Coffee Club. In this way, the Client is advised that they must make the full payment of the subscription seven (7) days before the delivery date of the month's coffee (hereinafter “Panama Coffee Club Bag”). Dispatches will be made initially in Panama City, but Panama Coffee Club may at any time offer the delivery service of products outside of Panama City, and the Client must bear the transportation costs from Panama City, to the place of delivery.
Deliveries of the Panama Coffee Club Bag will be made twice a month, on the fourteenth (14) and/or fifteen (15) and twenty-eight (28) and/or twenty-nine (29) of each month, depending on the period in which the Client subscribed to the subscription service of Panama Coffee Club. To receive the Panama Coffee Club Bag you must subscribe seven (7) days before one of the delivery dates mentioned above.
The Panama Coffee Club Bag will be dispatched at the address indicated by the Client, and Panama Coffee Club will not be liable for the inaccuracy of the information provided by the Client. The Client will be responsible for supplying the exact address, and if he is required to change it, he must notify Panama Coffee Club, through the contact addresses provided on the Website, of the update of the place of delivery, fifteen (15) days in advance of the delivery date of the Panama Coffee Club subscription.
It is noted that the Client who makes payments by bank transfer must send the proof of the same to the contact addresses contained on the Website. The Client who makes the subscription payment by bank transfer must send through the aforementioned contact points, at least ten (10) days before the delivery date of the Panama Coffee Club subscription, otherwise the dispatch will be done for the next delivery date. The Client holds Panama Coffee Club harmless from all liability whatsoever, for monthly payments made after the deadline set forth in this section, having to assume the fact of receiving their order on the next delivery date.
The dispatches of the products will only be available in Panama City, Republic of Panama and these will only be delivered to the address provided by the Client during registration and to any adult who receives them, leaving a record of it. The dispatches will be in charge of the company [ASAP], or any home delivery service company that Panama Coffee Club deems appropriate, and the Client disclaims all liability for the transfer of said products to Panama Coffee Club, understanding that there is no liability for services, information or delivery times provided or informed by third parties, since they are not linked to Panama Coffee Club.
In the event of any inconvenience that may be caused by the products or services advertised by third parties on their Website, the Client must take action against the provider of said goods or services, or against those who have some degree of liability in accordance with current legislation.
