Panama has the best coffee in the world, inspired by this we decided to take it to the next level, tasting the best batches in the different plantations in Boquete, Volcan and Renacimiento and roasting them with profiles of competition that would allow us to enjoy each of the qualities of these coffees. Paddle Coffee Roasters opens its doors in June 2017, with the purpose of educating the Panamanian consumer. A small school from the moment you walk in the door, with an exposed toaster and a bar designed for competition training that allows you to see each step of the extraction, and a visible tasting laboratory, offering access to INFORMATION and knowledge. Our espresso is Single Origin, allowing the consumer to enjoy the differences of each terroir and process.
