Our pillars are innovation, consistency and good organization. We are committed to sustainability, which is why we use eco-friendly products, we promote recycling and the use of renewable energy. The characteristics of our climate, altitude, volcanic soils, rainfall, and convergence of the winds combine in a unique way to produce our “terroir”. All these qualities create an ideal balance that is manifested in the flavor and aroma of our coffee. In our plantation the Arabian varieties Catuai, Caturra, Geisha, Pacamara and Obatá are produced. We process our coffees using traditional methods, as well as new alternative methods. Our cultivation practices, the cleanliness of the establishment and the selection by hand of the most ripe coffee cherries constitute and guarantee an excellent cup quality that has already begun to be well appreciated in international markets.
